First to the Moderators: Please do not delete this thread. As you will see below I am left with no option but to post here. Now to everyone: A few weeks ago I question the need for the required information to register at the new Arena website. This resulted in a HUGE delay of my account being granted. In the last few days there has been quite a few topics relating to Arena and the site which I have been involved with. I stated I would be hosting the Arena setup file for users on my Crafty site to which it was stated I did not have permission to do so. So I went to the Arena site and posted a request on their forums, which led to my account being suspended. The discussion resumed here and I was told to "Send an email. They are cheap and quick". So I did. 5 in fact. And have recieved no response. I sent them to both Frank and Chris. Not one of them has replied. Now I try to goto the Arena website to see if my account has been activated, as my last question to Chris was as such (before a moderator deleted the entire thread) and I find this: http://www.crafty-chess.com/arena.jpeg I am now _completely_ filtered from the site! So now I am looking for advice. What steps do I take now? I am told I don't have permission so I ask, resulting in my account being suspended. I quote their own copyright agreement and now I am filtered from the site. I have sent emails like they asked, and I get no response. To get a resolution I have no choice but to post here. It seems this is the only place they talk about it, yet state they don't want to. Peter Again to the Moderators: Please do not delete this post. This is a situation that requires answers. They have accused members here of hacking them, password sharing, and basically anything else they can. I have _tried_ to follow their wishes and look what has happened. It is a rediculous abuse of power by a web administrator.
