That's the first time I've heard this claim made, Uri. Are there any tests to
back this up? My own experiences give me the impression that native Chessbase
engines run faster than their native UCI equivalents INSIDE THE CHESSBASE GUI,
but I've never compared Chessbase engines with UCI engines running in Arena. I
would be glad to receive further information.
