IMO 30 ELO is significant at the level of Shredder.  But I would also say that I
consider a 30 ELO improvement the minimum for a release.

IMO there is no way that you can reasonably compare the improvement of Fruit 1
to Fruit 2 with that of Shredder 9.  They play in a different league.  Don't get
me wrong - I'm a great fan of Fruit.
