Fernando,

I do not get it.

What part of the phrase "All rights reserved." do you not understand?

What part of the word "copywrite" do you not understand?

I am not playing word games here. This is the moral high ground and it is the
law. Just because something is easily accessable does not make it legal or
ethical to use without permission.

If you wish to use Robert's source, then you must get his permission. If you
want to reproduce all or part of one of Fernando's copywrited, published
articles, you must get his permission.

Just because Robert has not thrown a canary in the past when people have used it
without consulting him, does not mean that he does not have the moral right and
the legal right to do something about this case. I'm not implying that he will,
or that he wants to, it's just that he has the right to do so.

This seems cut and dry to me. Sometimes things really are black and white (like
chess pieces), and everything else is just semantics.

KarinsDad :)
