I do not see how you can prevent titled players to consult with a computer and play advanced chess. When I think about it I expect some GM to play advanced chess and fight for the first place inspite. He is going to lose some seconds of entering the moves to shredder9 in another computer but it is not blitz so it is not very significant and if the position is simple win he can stop it and win it by himself.
