I don't think there are many gMs that practised in the art of playing advanced
chess under time amd money pressure.  I suspect that those who practiced
advanced chess of play under the pressure of time and money wouldhave the
greatest advantange.  Of course, is there is GM who plays adance chess normally
, he would have the greatest advantage.
