It is valid for who... for yourself? Keep it at home.

I also assume that you have a perfect initial value to claim that you have a
perfect estimation of elo points based on what? Incomplete pgns? Come on....

I argue that an incomplete pgn doesnt show anything about it. 1) You say 11th
place, what it is false. 2) You put Elo = 2400 based on ?????; 3) You claimed
that you data is perfect.... but just manipulated.

If you want to generate a list of elo for yourself, take a complete file with
the official Tournaments and generate something better. An incomplete pgn file,
come on. It is just funny. :))
