I doubt if they can make undetectable clone at the same strength of the
orioginal program.

It may be interesting to do an exercise:

step 1:Give them to make a clone of one of the free source code programs(the
clone should be at least not significantly weaker than the original because
the idea of clone is not to have something weaker)

1)Fruit
2)Glaurung
3)Crafty
4)Pepito
5)Slowchess296

Step 2:Give an expert to analyze their exe and prove that it is a clone.
