Well, then let´s calculate a bit: ;-)

A bishop in the center of the board has a maximum of 13 moves,
so for 26 plies there are about 13^26 possibilities!
Of course there are lots of move transpositions,
but nevertheless more than enough to ´think about´ for an engine ...
