Hi Steve,

First the Search engine is not provided by ICD, but by Andrei Fortuna and hosted
by another member.

The reason why the engine is not updated is that there is a bug in it's code
preventing it from accepting more than a fixed number of messages. Andrei do not
have time to corect it so the engine can no longer be updated.
