Homer only support Chess960 over UCI, which only works with Shredder GUI currently. So your results are no wonder. If you would read my FAQ selection on my webpage and allso looked to my Bugforum you would now that. The current Beta4 has allso a buggy 960 support. The "Homer Mainz" version works perfect.
