I'm not amused.

How would the moderation nominees handle this case, if I'd complain? This member
(hotmail account) seemingly has never posted before, and with his first posting
he's not only off-topic but also acts like an amateur detective analysing my
language. I feel offended.

Btw. most of his assumptions are wrong anyway, but that's not the question. It
is, is that tolerable or not?

Again: He is hotmail, it's his first posting, off topic and he investigates a
regular member. What would you decide?
