The operator time covers the time from Sjeng playing the move, GCP discovering it and playing it on the board, John Verhoeven to enter it into the interface, reading the move, playing it on the board, and GCP to enter it into Sjeng. Additionally: in the opening phase the clocks are not running. Only when one side is out of book, the clocks are started. Richard.
