Well, I couldn't believe that the book of Alex Schmidt should produce
such a bad move already for Black 1.
Otherwise people would have long complained here ;)
I tested it under the below mentioned GUI and my conclusion is that
1...Nc6?? will be never played neither in tournament, nor in optimal,
and not even in handicap mode, because the stats are much too bad
to be considered(despite the strange meaningless '!!').
Everyone can test this in his CB GUI...you can never get this
answer after 1.e4, except one manipulates something in the book
options or book by hand.
You will only get 4 answers for Black in tournament mode and
7 possible answers in optimal mode after 1.e4 and none of them
is 1...Nc6??

Conclusion: At least a setup flaw by book options/book manipulation
