what is the rating of players 23,24?

I noticed that Tauner Hans won zarkov with black after a long game of 150
moves(probably on time).

This was a very quiet game(no captures)

Here is the final position:
1knrb2r/p1nqb3/Pp2p1pp/1P1pPp2/2pP1P1P/2P1BNP1/QRB1N1K1/1R6 b - - 0 1

I guess that it is the fault of the operators who did not change the time
control correctly.

I noticed that Junior5(PII 450) lost one of the games with black against Mchess8
after 1.e4 Nh6
1...Nh6 is not part of the opening book of Junior5

This Junior5 also lost a simple drawn endgame against Fritz5 because of a
bug(The same bug does not exist in Junior5.3).
