Yes crafty is better, but elo-wise it is not by a wide margin. At least not at
longer time controls 1 hour per game or more. TCB also profits more from
tablebases than crafty as the bishop really is crazy in endgames.
But, yes crafty is better (blitz rating differential according to Djordjes chess
page 2401 - 2365 = 26 points) by a slim margin.
