I do not say that monority should not be protected but in this case the majority did not make a promise not to share it and did not warned that it is illegal to share it in the first step. If you pay for some program then the rule that you are not allowed to share it is obvious but if you did not pay for something and did not make promise not to share it then the situation is different. My point is clearly not an extreme point and I know even about people who justify sharing commercial programs(I did not do it). I do not call it stealing but I do not justify it. I believe that most of the people in Israel who use computers steal chess programs by your definitions and do not care about the law. > >A majority view does not make something legal or even right. > >I will respectfully end it here as our perspectives are so different that we may >well be speaking of apples and wheelbarrows. > > > >>I think that what is legal and illegal should be clear to most people. >>You can see from the discussions here that a lot assumed that it is legal to >>share rybka with other people. > > > >Really? Are you really serious with this point? There were a lot of people who asked other to send them rybka in their posts and there were people who replied *sent* I also saw one who even put rybka in his site and removed it only after it was explained to him here that it is probably illegal.
