Conventionally, I think it would be the second.  But I too agree it is
ambiguous.

Yes, that struck me as quite funny!  I asked the same questions when I read it.

Just speculation now - don't underestimate the effect of fatigue as a release
date approaches for a complex program.  I am sure both will be clarified.  Look
again at the site tomorrow, perhaps?

To avoid doubt - I am no spokesman, just pointed you to the author's message in
CCC.
