However if you have been posting here over a year you can pretty much get away with anything. . But like they say democracy is not practiced here, the charter has no meaning, it's pretty much all about the will of a select few. For instance Dr Weel has been far more rude then I have ever been. Many others. Yet I get zapped for saying hiarcs Sucks, this is really comical.
