How to pronounce "û":

In the pronunciation of the vowel [û] the bulk of the tongue is retracted from
the front teeth while the back of the tongue is raised. The lips are passive,
motionless.

Pronounce the word "two" and slowly move your lips from that "O" so that they
are parallel to each other [like when you say "eat"... you know you pull your
lips back]. As you move your lips, you must keep making that "oo" sound. It will
come out sounding like a retarted cow , but it works all the same.
