I like this approach! I'll just note that it may be possible to setup the same
thing at google, as an alternative. I haven't experimented with it but believe
google groups have similar features as yahoo groups. An advantage might be that
yahoo group email is automatically blocked as "spam" by some email service
providers, but I haven't heard of that happening to google group mail (yet).
Nothing is perfect, though, so you just have do the best you can, and not worry
too much about occasional exceptions...they can be helped individually, as
needed. I'm impressed with your high quality customer service.
