Not some dissapointing thing which is released "on time". Do you mean, he should have released something disappointing, but with all the works in it, and then made corrections later? Or are you asking that the impossible should have been done, on time, and since it wasn't, you want your money back? If so, did you ask? (Or maybe you also want compensation for the trouble it takes you to ask it back)? S.Taylor
