Honest self analysis is difficult when one cannot properly assess their weaknesses. If one doesn't know what he is doing wrong, how can he correct it? :) If you give a Ferrari to someone who doesn't know how to drive, how can they appreciate this wonderful piece of machinery? Recommended study plans should be included with software, not just tell us what the software can do, but how it could benefit us and give structure to many of us who need it. Mike
