I guess that the the difference rating against computers between G3 233 and
Pentium III 550 is not more than 30 elo rating.

G3 233 is not so slow machine for hiarcs7 and it is faster then pentium300

I do not agree that hiarcs7 has excellent positional knowledge and an incredible
endgame.

I think that it is strong at tactics but not more than it.

I saw Hiarcs7's evaluations in the ssdf endgames and sometimes the evaluations
were realy stupid.

I think that no program has excellent positional knowledge and excellent
endgame.

One of the main weakness of programs is that they cannot learn from search to
change the static evaluation.

I saw that hiarcs7 evaluated a draw position as +3 for white for many moves.
when every human can see that it is a draw because white cannot make progress.

unfortunately Hiarcs7 like other programs is based on static evaluation function
and cannot learn to change its evaluation function.
