Yes, I knew what PV stood for, but I did not understand if a PV singular
extension meant that you only do them for the PV and you do them more often (or
not). Thanks for the FH definition (I have seen the term alot, but not the
abbreviation). And I'm still not 100% on margin (although this seems to be the
delta between the best score and the next best score). Some of it makes more
sense now, thanks.
