I do see a lanquage problem here; 'what is "really" computer tournament.'
Fritz won a computer chess world championship by beating Deep thought and one of
the other mainframe type computers a few years ago. (Don't remember the other
giant's name or the year of the event). People said it was lucky to beat such
powerful competition, but the Wall chart only knows the one's & zero's.
Sure, Fritz has had its ups & downs. That was one of the most crucial themes of
my orriginal post. That because Chess Base had all these different powerful
engines in the same gui, for an excellent price, all interfacing & working
together with Chess Base, that it had cornered a significant part of the market,
(and intrest of Computer chess software lover's). As a chess software lover, I
was (and am), dissapointed that the other companies aren't yet as firmly
entrenched as Chess Base seems to be. I could be wrong, but I still haven't
seen the objective evidence presented to me...

 junior - yes.

That's right, an engine now in the 'Chess Base Stable'.

Again, I complimented the Rebel company and mentioned the great customer
service. I did not speak about the results of this program against humans, but
then again, that was not the theme of my original post.

?? - Well with Fritz, you get Comet, Crafty, ExChess & Doctor, in adition to
other earlier Fritz engines. What other engines to you get with Millenium
Genius6 (that you don't have to pay extra for), other then earlier versions of
Genius?

Fair enough, although I sense some agreement here, as Gambit-Soft is
International, and I still know of no lower prices of Millenium Chess Genius
engines, as compared to Fritz engine(s) prices.

Again I see this either as a language problem (hopefully resolved), or that you
now realize that catorgizing someone else's opinion as 'Nonsense', and telling
them that they really are inkompetent is not your way of being insulting. (Or
that you are willing to take more care in your replies in the future, whatever).
Yes we are adults here, and I'm willing to forget about it, if you are...

Still, I don't see in this post the new 'facts', that correct my 'incorrect
statements'. If there really are incorrect statements in my orriginal post (or
subsequent post), I would be most interested to see the corrections (and where
on the Web I can varify for myself), from whoever it is telling me they are
incorrect!

As above...

And as adults, it is vital to consider carefully what we type. In general, I
try to construct my post (opinions, views, critism's), at the product &
companies. Never at individual's. And when creating them I attempt to put it
in such a way that it reflects a general consensess. (From what I have learned
about the product from this newsgroup, the companies websites, and other chess
software experts).
Even about companies, I try hard never to be overly critical, as I know there
are many different sides to the issues presented. Besides, I love most (if not
all), of the chess software that we can buy...
