Paulo,
That's why we are in such a condition. We always have a excuse to do things
wrong (because there are other people doing worse things?).
I don't thing so. Cleaning every single detail is important. By now the only way
to keep people here from doing things wrong seem to be with big persecutions,
just because is a generalized idea that if in the higher stratus of the society
the rich are stealing, then the poor have to steal too. As I can see, you want
to keep the status quo in your country. Are you having benefits for this?.
The worst thing here is that Chess Software Piracy has been encouraged here. And
I will not agree with you to remove the support to the programmers. They do a
hard work for it and WE HAVE TO SUPPORT THEM. Do you thing the programmers are
just slaves working for your fun?. I don't think so. I will support as many of
them as I can until I can. If you don't want to support them don't try to make
all people in your country agree with you (will be unfair). So just because
corruption is a extended practice in our countries you will sugest me to become
corrupt?. NO, I prefer to figth against corruption. If we do not figth against
it our chaos will become deeper and deeper.

Best Regards, Rafael
