Some programs like Hiarcs7.32 cannot use the better hardware that Deep Junior
and Ferret are using(4 parallel processors) .

If they decide to do their programs commercial then people with the best
hardware can use the better hardware for them.

I agree that it was better to let programs to use the best hardware that they
can use but there is no sponsor to buy for every participant the best hardware
that it can use.
