If you suppose that the expected result of a GM against Rebel is a draw
then they can expect to get 250$ for one game.

I think that the average money that most of the GM's  earn from tournament time
control games is less than 250$ per game (I do not know it and you can correct
me if I am wrong about it).

If I am right then I expect most of the GM's(except GM's with more than 2600
rating) to be happy for the opportunity to play against Rebel in tournament time
control.
