that is incomplete.  If the customer wants the supplier to 'jump', and the
thing the customer wants is something 'extra' then yes, he ought to pay.  But
if I buy a new car, and it randomly goes dead as I use it daily, then I expect
the _dealer_ to pay to get it working like it should.  If he doesn't, then I
still have one last statement to make:  I can simply _never_ purchase one of
his products again.

The general business praxis is "the customer is _always_ right".  Because
_most_ businesses want the customer to return again and again...  Obviously
Chris can fix or not fix the bug.  But word-of-mouth and dissatisfied customers
can have a powerful influence on the future of CSTal.

Heck, I fix reported bugs in Crafty, and I don't get a single penny for either
the bug fixes, nor the original version.
