"I'm stuffed" I'm very tired from working very hard.
"My computer is stuffed" It is broken.
"this hammer will stuff up my egg" After application of this hammer my egg will
be stuffed.
"Stuff it" I have tried a bit, I can't do it, I will not try any more.

"Stuff it up your jumper" I do not want what you offered me as it offends me.
eg "you can stuff your advice up your jumper"
A jumper is generally wool, a cardigan without the opening or buttons

"Stuff you" I will not do as you ask (& have no regard you you).
Tina: "Micheal stop antagonizing Bobby"
Micheal: "Stuff you."

"I don't give a stuff" I don't care.

"Stuff it up" attempt an activity & not reach your goal.
"I was trying to fix the car but I stuffed it up" The car is not fixed.

"Got any Stuff?" Can you share your drugs with me please?

Stuffing something up is nearly as bad as F%^&ing it up.

In Australia, when you stuff something up it is polite to say "bugger"
