Any opinions >would be very appreciated. Thanks I have the Saitek Kasparov 2100 - the portable equivalent of the President. It plays great chess, has good features, and looks very nice. I would offer 4 drawbacks though, starting with the most serious: * The level of play jumps too quickly from "idiot" to "unbeatable" - it's hard (for me) to find a level which matches my own strength * Too strong in the middle game, too weak in the end game (if you can survive that far!) * Lid is permanently attached, so it's not a good board to use to play a human opponent * Black pieces are too dark, making them slightly difficult to see Note: I bought mine years ago, when it first came out. Points 3 and 4 might have been addressed. Graham
