I have the Saitek Kasparov 2100 - the portable equivalent of the President. It
plays great chess, has good features, and looks very nice. I would offer 4
drawbacks though, starting with the most serious:

* The level of play jumps too quickly from "idiot" to "unbeatable" - it's hard
(for me) to find a level which matches my own strength

* Too strong in the middle game, too weak in the end game (if you can survive
that far!)

* Lid is permanently attached, so it's not a good board to use to play a human
opponent

* Black pieces are too dark, making them slightly difficult to see

Note: I bought mine years ago, when it first came out. Points 3 and 4 might have
been addressed.
