I'm wondering if one could somehow produce an Anti-Ferret this way, if analysis
with asymmetric personalities were possible. CM could then evaluate all
positions that would be reached by a move of his opponent by the opponent's
personality. What would such a program do on the SSDF list if it had different
settings for Chess Tiger, Nimzo, Rebel? You could counter it of course by
developing anti-settings and letting your program use different styles. How
would a program fare against human opposition if it had the personality of the
master or grandmaster copied to predict what move he was likely to play? Maybe
we should ask the Deep Blue team for I am sure they have tried that... I was
thinking about singular extensions for example and the way Kasparov always tries
to get his opponent into positions where there is only one difficult to find
move that doesn't deteriorate the position.
