In that case, good luck.  In the US, we are effectively locked out of any sort
of tournaments, unless something special is done.  IE a couple of years ago a
local organizer made special effort to include Crafty in the Pan American
tournament.  But that was done because the local organizer was a university with
a lot of interest in computer chess.

I find it practically impossible to play in human events sponsored by the USCF.
Which is unfortunate, but typical it seems... :(
