CINT95 _Rate_ is *NOT* the same as CINT95 (it's to do with multiple runs in
parallel or some such). It's usually about 9x the CINT95 result for 1 CPU.

To compare like with like, I'll give both figures for both CPUs:

                              CINT95        CINT95 Rate
Alpha GS140 (700Mhz)           39.1            352
Intel       (733Mhz)           36.0            324

N.B. both machines with those results are made by Compaq.

Not that much difference on SpecInt95. The SpecFP is "only" about 80% higher for
Alpha, a lot closer than it used to be before the Intel Coppermines.
