As I said, I didn't analyze the entire game.  Nxg6 hxg6 caught my eye, because
when I see that kind of move from crafty, I always see a O-O-O in the PV as
it knows that to castle kingside is inviting problems down the h-file.

I think the mistakes were more positional than tactical however.  IE allowing
the complete opening of the h-file with both rooks ready to occupy that file was
just playing with fire in a giant pond filled with gasoline...
