I do not think that 12.0-0 is the only problem in the game.
I think that tiger did some tactical mistakes after it.
I do not see how dlugy and Roman can win with black in 1 0 or 2 0 after 16.Qe3
and I think that tiger continued to do tactical mistakes after 16.Bf4
