I think 128 MB is too much hash tables for part of the programs who needs time to do something with the hash tables between moves. I saw that Junior6 lost on time some blitz games that I downloaded(probably because the tester gave it big hash tables) I guess that giving programs only 32 MB(hiarcs7.32 is an exception because it does not suffer from big hash tables) is better Maybe 32 MB is also too much for your time control.
