Komputer Korner organized the match, I think the ICCA did an article on it, anyway, Mr. Hergott clearly lost this match. I think this confirms that Computer Software is at least IM strength and this match ocurred was some two ( 2 ) years ago. Also, Fritz beat Polgar recently in a match, she was ranked 16th in the world at that time. My feeling is with high-end hardware and the latest software, the better programs are NOW finally at GM strength. Read and reflect upon the latest game analysis of Rebel vs. GM (?) The analysis is at the Rebel homepage. Rebel had at least two ( 2 ) novelties during the game. I think that is pretty damn amazing ! That is the mark of a truly great player, in the fashion of Fischer ! It is to bad Mr. Schroder still refuses to release his program in a Windows environment it might be worth buying. Also, did he not promise that people who purchased Rebel 10 could get a free Rebel 10 Win upgrade in July 1999. Unfortunately, this deal never came through ! Best regards, Bango123
