I see no reason why a GM would not play Kb4 in the position.  As far as
announcing mate in 19 they usually don't do that since it is considered bad
manners by most.  Tablebases cause some very strange moves by computers.  Quite
often they avoid capturing a piece or pawn because that would put them in a
tablebase draw, so they try to continue playing in very simple drawn positions.
I would like to see this cleaned up by the programmers but I guess they have
more important stuff to work on.
