Thats nonsense.

1. it was not luck that shredder won or IS champion !
saying this is forgetting that at this time, when championship
happened, fritz and junior and even tiger was weaker.

2. it is not true that tiger isn't better than chessbase.
christophe has increased playing strength.
the problem with tiger is, that the program version used now is not born
to win swiss tournament due to the fact that it plays to passive and often
gives away a point of half-point.
but - this changes when you play a match with it (40/120).

I have no idea what enrique is doing. but i am sure that tiger
is not weaker.

3. if it would happen, this would be no problem.
because we need competition and this gives more interesting
ideas about the coming championship. there chessbase can show
how good they are.
