I received a reply from Chris that simply stated FW: OS. Now, I wasn't sure what FW meant. Is it too much trouble for someone to spell Forward or Forwarded if that is what FW means? I guess I've been spoiled by the excellent support provided by Lex Loeb and Christophe Theron on Rebel-Tiger. By the way, this morning I received e-mail from OS support. I think my actions _helped_ to get a response judging by what Jeroen stated about support at Oxford-Softworks. Anyway, I feel the slate is clean and I'm content to leave it at that. Regards, Mel
