It doesn't add up. Isn't Bermuda time EST (GMT -5) ? At 18:30 EST we were after
the arbiter ruling, together on our post-mortem telecon.

Anyway, I made the post announcing the draw & 2nd game at 16:43 EST, and the
post announcing the demand for forfeit at 17:25 EST, 42 minutes later. In fact
it happened sooner, while I was out of the office, and I made the "forfeit" post
when I came back and was told that the game's off because Adams wants a forfeit.

This is why I told you that evening when you described a long wait with several
hours of back and forth, that in my opinion all this took place within about 30
minutes. I don't know who told whom what within these 30 minutes, and maybe
there was lack of information about what was going on, but when you've initially
been told that the game will start in 20 minutes, it's not natural to shout
"forfeit" after half an hour without even bothering to check if the game can
start immediately.
