You don't have to have any more competence to deal with a multiple CPU machine. We have lots and lots of them here. They come preinstalled with the OS from the factory. You just plug them in and use them. They are no easier and no harder to use than any other. Running Deep Junior on a 4 CPU NT machine has *exactly* the same level of difficulty as running in on a one CPU machine. It requires no technical competence whatsoever.
