If you are talking about chess as rules and moves, then it is obviously not physical. I can replay a game that Lasker played 100 years ago. There's no physical connection there. If your only point is that chess players are goverened by quantum mechanics, then you're right. But that's just abusing a buzzword. I can just as easily say that chess players are goverened by chemistry, conservation of energy, or the impressive-sounding special relativity. But who cares? So is everything else in the universe. You're not adding any value to anything. You're just using some Star Trek words to make your arguments sound deep. I find that very aggravating. -Tom
