I could _easily_ be wrong.  Which is why I put my "suggested implied
question" in quotes before I answered.  I don't know of _anybody_ that really
wants a program that is not competitive.  It is possible...  but I really
doubt it.

As far as your question, however, I am reasonably sure about my answer.  I
get a lot of requests via email.  I used to refer them to TSCP, but I got a
lot of "but that doesn't compete with program XYZ at all, that doesn't have
this feature, that program doesn't do this or that, etc."  I then refer them
to Crafty.  "But that is way too big and hard to understand."

That is what I based my answer on...  a significant amount of experience
answering that question over and over and over... with no satisfactory answer
available.
