Yes, many write, contribute, test, and distribute for fun, pleasure, and/or to give back to the community. I see no need to speak words to insult them or their work. However, to think that someone with a interest in monetary gain will work for such peanuts?? I suggest that if this programmer can be hired and deliver the product that the contract be written up and accepted. If the result is good, a tip exceeding the initial $1000 would be in order. Otherwise the time would be better spent riding the back of a gargage truck and this programmer could earn $12/hr. laughs. Br5an
