I will make sure that the development team should update the GM books when they
get a chance (which may be quite some time).

The way the math works for the Capablanca book is as follows:
d4 = 100 weight
e4 = 50 weight
Nf3, f4, c4 and b4 are all 25 weight

So, d4 is chosen about 40% of the time, e4 about 20%, and the others are all
about 10%. I think the f4 weighting is probably reasonable, but you're probably
right about b4 (but that would just make f4 more common!).

However, that website is pretty cool! Is there some display of the total number
of games found for each search, or do you have to keep pressing "Next" until you
reach the end of the list?
