I haven't seen this behaviour in Shredder Classic yet. Fritz 7.0.0.2 and some
later versions claim the win on tmie. This has been corrected in the latest
Fritz 7 patch from Sept 9th.

Shredder Classic has no problem with it, only some Fritz 7 GUIs, read above,
show this behaviour.
