I assume it was known in advance because it was on the web site.  However,
I (among several) did not look at _everything_ there.  There was only one
discussion (here I think) about tie-breaks and it centered around having two
tied with a playoff game.

I simply dislike the idea of two people playing a game (such as a drag race)
and when they tie, they settle the tie by seeing who can throw a softball
the farthest.  It certainly breaks the tie, but does it make sense?
